L0RD The L0RD “Minute Man”

The L0RD “Minute Man” is an intrinsically-safe longwall shield control unit. The Minute Man features 10 solenoid outputs to control shield functions. The unit also provides a diagnostic display, warning siren and push-button interface for easy operator control and monitoring. An RS-485 communications port allows the unit to communicate with other shield control units on the longwall face as well as receive automation instructions from a central control station.

L0R6 The L0R6 "Surf Board"

The Surf Board is a perfect I.S. control panel for complex machine control applications. The unit features 108 individual push-buttons, a latching STOP button and two proportional joysticks. A small diagnostic display on the unit provides diagnostic status information. An I.S. RS-485 interface connects the unit to a central control system. The Surf Board is well suited to underground control rooms or machine control cabins that are located in the hazardous zone.
